DMC Membership Reinstatement

WELCOME BACK!  WE'RE GLAD YOU'RE HERE!!!

To reinstate your membership, please complete this form, pay the $795.00 membership dues, and upload your current Certificate of Insurance & Business License.  

COMPLETING THE FORM BELOW

  1. Check the DMC Member Reinstatement box.
  2. Enter your name and email.
  3. Begin typing your DMC name as it was listed when your membership lapsed, then select it from company options that appear.  You will have an opportunity to update the name on the following screen.
  4. Complete the rest of the form and upload your COI and Business License.

If your documents are not immediately not available, you may skip that part of the application and email them directly to val@admei.org after submitting the form.  Note, in the interim, your membership will be reinstated at the Provisional level (all member benefits except a listing in the Find a DMC directory).  Once the required documents are received, your membership will be upgraded to full DMC Company Member and the directory listing will be re-activated.

Select this membership type if your DMC was a member of ADMEI within the last five years.

Reinstating May - October will place DMC in the July renewal cycle.  Once the reinstatement is approved, the membership renewal date is set as 1 July of the following year.  

Reinstating in November - April will place the DMC in the January renewal cycle.  Once the reinstatement is approved, the membership renewal date is set as the next 1 January of the following year.  (November and December reinstatements' next billing is advanced an additional year.)
