Committee Name:  2024 Conference Committee

Committee Responsibilities:  Plan and manage the 2025 ADMEI Annual Conference.  Volunteer roles will include:

    General Session Run of Show/Scripting
    Team Building Lead
    Off-Site Event Lead - (Preferred DMC contact from conference location)
    Schedule of Events Lead
    BEOs and Menu Selection
    Entertainment

Estimated Time Commitment:  Time commitment will be dependent on the committee role.  The Committee will meet monthly, and then bi-weekly and weekly as the conference draws near.  Each committee member will be responsible for a specific task as it relates to the conference.
