Committee Name:  Sponsorship Committee

Committee Responsibilities:  To stay in touch with existing sponsors, via phone calls, emails, and other media sources.  Look for other sponsorship opportunities that fit with ADMEI’s member needs.  This can be done by asking for referrals, looking to sponsors that are a good fit with the organization, and tracking via a sponsor spreadsheet.  Volunteers may need to have phone/zoom calls with potential sponsors to explain who we are, what we do, and how they can be participate as a corporate or conference sponsor.

Estimated Time Commitment:   1 hour a week or 4 hours a month
