Committee Name:  Awards Committee

Committee Responsibilities:  The Awards Committee provides support for the ADMEI Awards program.  Each year, the committee is divided into 3 subcommittees:

1. Program 
   • Review/Update Award Categories
   • Review/Update submission criteria
   • Review/Update Judging Scoring Criteria
2. Judging
   • Recruit judges
   • Coach/encourage judges to complete assigned scorecards
3. Gala
   • Develops awards theme and event design including logo and messaging, and storyboard for suggested dress for Awards night
   • Procures in-kind sponsors for Gala
   • Develops and/or sources entertainment segments
   • Develops Run of Show, Scripting, and printed program for Awards night
   • Develops creative strategies for engaging and elevating the industry audience
   • Can also provide onsite assistance or oversight for set up and strike

Volunteers should have some knowledge of ADMEI Awards or another association's awards program.

Estimated Time Commitment: Committee meets monthly starting in May, more frequently, Aug - October, then Bi-weekly November - January, as-needed February.
