Holding the Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) designation, Carla demonstrates her commitment to the highest standards in event management. Outside of her professional achievements, Carla enjoys family time with her husband and daughters and actively contributes to her community, including serving as a Commissioner on the Cornelius Parks and Recreation Commission and teaching aspiring event professionals through the UNC Charlotte Meeting and Event Planning professional certification program.
