It’s time to evolve as owners and general managers of DMCs—and to do this, we must Think Different. Let’s reimagine the way we think, the way we reach decisions, and the way we apply our behaviors. The way we think plays a significant role in how we live our lives, how we react to different situations, how and in what way we communicate with others, how we make decisions and how we solve our problems—all of these actions are deeply rooted in the way we think. Few things are as valuable in life and in business, as the ability to make good decisions. Going through this session, DMCs will gain a new perspective on these behaviors and judgments AND will be given the framework to be able make the best possible choice to ultimately get more of what you truly want from every decision you make.
