DMC Operations Huddle: An Interactive Roundtable

Whether Operations is your full-time job or a part of what you do, this interactive session is for you! Continuing from a very successful in-person Operations Roundtable in Atlanta, we will continue to exchange ideas virtually. This open forum will be led by Tanner Garrard DMCP, CMP,  Senior Manager of Operations at Destination South Meetings + Events, a DMC Network Company.  We will gather your current operations challenges during the registration process.

Facilitator

TANNER GARRARD DMCP, CMP serves as Destination South Meetings & Events’ Senior Manager of Operations. He takes a layered approach to operations management, weaving together all the small details, players, and pieces that fuse to create a dynamic event experience.  Through continued education and as a member of the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI), Tanner stays on top of industry trends and standards to ensure his clients always experience a top-notch event.
