Thursday, May 12, 2022 (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM) (EDT)

Description

If you are running Mach 90 with your hair on fire” then you are like most DMCs who are trying to keep up with an industry that has roared back to life.  Now more than ever it is important to have integrated solutions and processes in place to keep up with demand.    In this session, DMCs will be provided with a framework that can be used to operate more efficiently, with confidence. The framework includes four key concepts:

  1. One Too Many Integrations
  2. Ability to Audit
  3. Assurance & Confidence
  4. Company Alignment

Suggestions will be provided on how DMCs can execute on each component. This includes references to third party vendors and resources, such as Event Cost Sheet, Box, Excel, Google, Zapier, and more. In closing, our goal will be to provide DMCs with the confidence to look internally and see how they can leverage modern technology to operate more efficiently to handle the incredible amount of demand that currently exists.
